Project: Lunch

The aims of this project:

* to pay attention to the food you eat on daily basis
* to get more information about nutrition
* to practise the vocabulary about expressing opinion
* to learn how to analyse data and write a report about it
* to learn how to manage your time

Task 1: Take notes of 5 different lunches of the week.

1) What did you eat for lunch today? (name of the dish, main ingredients).  Was your meal balanced?


2) Describe its taste. (No need to write sentences, just take notes)

3) Describe its looks and smell.

4) Write at least 2 minerals or vitamins your lunch contained. You might have to google for information. Do not write the same words twice - find different information.

Task 2: Write a report and send it by email.

Melanie Fowles, PhD works for WHO (World Health Organization) and studies the eating habits of  teenagers. You had previously agreed to participate in a survey. Send her an email.
